Virtual Inbox scans the contents of your mail immediately and provides 25 scanned pages per month for digital access. Important items like bank cards are automatically forwarded for security, subject to forwarding fees on your plan. Forward Flex only scans envelopes and includes monthly mail forwarding as standard, with frequent forwarding options available as add-ons.
What's included in the "25 pages per month" limit?
The 25-page limit applies to scanned mail pages in the Virtual Inbox plan. Each page of mail that we scan counts toward this limit. The Forward Flex plan does not include content scanning - it only scans envelopes and forwards mail to you.
How does mail forwarding work in each plan?
Virtual Inbox provides digital scanning of your mail contents. Important items like bank cards are automatically forwarded for security regardless of plan, subject to forwarding fees on your plan. Forward Flex includes monthly mail forwarding as standard, with options for more frequent forwarding available as add-ons.
Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?
There is a one-time setup fee of £14.99 + VAT when you first sign up. This fee covers Anti Money Laundering ID checks and account setup. After that, the monthly price you see is the price you pay (all prices are + VAT). Additional costs only apply for optional services like frequent forwarding add-ons (Forward Flex) or additional scanning beyond your plan limits.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle, and we'll prorate any differences in cost.
What happens if I exceed my page limit?
If you exceed your monthly page limit, we'll contact you to discuss options. You can either upgrade your plan or pay for additional pages at a small per-page rate.
Is the Founders pricing permanent?
The Founders pricing is a limited-time offer for early customers. Once you're on a Founders plan, you'll keep that pricing as long as you maintain your subscription.
