Choose your plan
Virtual Inbox lets you read your business letters online. Forward Flex lets you receive your post by mail, with scans of the envelopes so you can see what has arrived.

Set up your account
We’ll guide you through identity, address and business checks so we can activate your mailbox.

Start using your address
Once your mailbox is approved and active, you can use the address and mailbox identifier shown in your app. Share them with the organisations whose post you want us to receive. You can also select the registered address add-on during signup.

Manage your post
We receive your post and make the scans included in your plan available in the app. Read your letters online with Virtual Inbox, or view your envelopes and receive the paper through Forward Flex.

you start

Do I need to live near my Mailboxx address?
You can use Mailboxx from anywhere in the UK, with a verified UK forwarding address. We’ll guide you through the account checks when you apply.

Will you open all my post?
Virtual Inbox includes scans of the letters inside your envelopes. Forward Flex includes scans of the envelopes themselves. Bank cards, PIN mailers, passports and other items covered by our restricted-mail policy are kept unopened and forwarded separately with your permission.

Can I use it as my registered office?
Yes. Select the registered address add-on during signup for £5 + VAT a month, with either Virtual Inbox or Forward Flex. Once your mailbox is approved and the add-on is active, you can use the address as your company’s registered office.

How quickly will I see my post?
Your post usually appears in the app within a few hours. Allow up to 24 hours, or 48 hours over weekends and bank holidays. Postal delivery happens after we send any originals.
