Select our registered address add-on during signup for £5 + VAT a month. It works with either Virtual Inbox or Forward Flex, so you can read letters online or receive the paper. You can use our current registered office service for a company registered in England and Wales.
A director’s service address is included with either mail plan.
Choose how you receive your company’s post
Virtual Inbox lets you read business letters online, with 25 scanned pages included each month. Forward Flex lets you see your envelopes in the app and receive your post through one monthly forwarding event, including postage.
Our registered address add-on combines your company’s official address with the way you prefer to manage its post. You select it yourself during signup.
The add-on is £5 + VAT a month on top of your chosen subscription. Both plans have a one-off setup fee of £14.99 + VAT.
Keep your company address independent of your adviser
Your registered office can remain with Mailboxx if you move home or change accountants, while your service remains active. You retain direct access to your post and share the letters your adviser needs.

Your company’s post is handled through your chosen mail plan. Your scans usually appear within a few hours; allow up to 24 hours, or 48 hours over weekends and bank holidays.
Read letters directly and share them with the person who needs to act. You and your advisers remain responsible for company filings and responding to notices.

Can I add it to either plan?
Yes. Select the £5 + VAT monthly registered address add-on during signup with Virtual Inbox or Forward Flex. The add-on comes with a mailbox subscription, so your address and post are managed together.

Do I need the add-on for a director’s service address?
A director’s service address is included with either mail plan. The £5 add-on is for your company’s registered office.

Can a company registered in Scotland or Northern Ireland use this location?
Our current registered office location serves companies registered in England and Wales. A company registered in Scotland or Northern Ireland needs a registered office in its own part of the UK.

Will Mailboxx update Companies House for me?
Once your mailbox is approved and the add-on is active, you can update Companies House using the address details we provide. Selecting the add-on doesn’t submit that change for you.

What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel at any time and your service continues until the end of your current paid billing period. Put your replacement address in place and update company records and senders before your Mailboxx service ends. The current billing period is not refunded.

Will changing the address remove older records?
Changing your registered office updates the current address. It doesn’t automatically remove a home address from earlier filings. Companies House provides separate guidance on removing personal details from its register.
